At Gleamz Store, we want you to love every piece you order. If for any reason you want to exchange your item, please read our policy below:

✅ Exchange Available

  • Exchange is available within 3 days of receiving the parcel.

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

  • Tarnished, scratched, used, or damaged items will not be accepted.

❌ No Refund

  • We do not offer refunds. Only exchange is allowed.

✅ Wrong / Missing / Damaged Item

  • If you receive a wrong or damaged product, please record a proper unboxing video without any cuts and share it with us on WhatsApp.

  • We will arrange an exchange after verification of the video.

✅ Size Issue

  • Size exchange is possible, but customer will pay both-way shipping charges.

🚚 Exchange Process

  1. WhatsApp us at 0300-2215603 with your order number.

  2. Send pictures + unboxing video (if item wrong/damaged).

  3. Our team will confirm eligibility.

  4. Ship the item back to us.

  5. We will process your exchange once we receive the parcel.

⚠️ Note

  • Only stainless steel jewellery is eligible for exchange.

  • Sale/discounted items are not exchangeable.

  • Color difference due to lighting/screen settings will not be counted as damage
